Are you suggesting that Lewis acquired a Technical Knockout in the sixth round against Vitali Klitschko? :think
Has anyone said they didnt want to see it? :huh But it was also Lewis right to retire. Like it will be Vitalis right to retire whenever he want to.
If that's what you saw on the night then you obviously know even less about boxing than your drivellous posting suggests. The only rounds Vitali won clearly were the first two,the third was very close and after that it was downhill for Vitali, yet you say Lewis was done and about to be KO'd. Utter bull****.:rofl I'll bet you thought Duran was coming on strong when Hearns got lucky against him as well.:think
You'll have to forgive me Mongoose but I don't know who that is mate. As for your question, been better but also been worse.:blood
You make it sound like Lewis retired on his own accord. The only reason Lewis retired is that he knew he could not win the rematch so his choices were to lose the title in the ring, to be stripped of it or retire. He took the easy way out.
:good Nothing to compare the fight Wlad vs Puritty, Wlad won every round until 9 (10 goes to Puritty). Wlad stood on his feet, no injury nothing. He was exhaustd that was true. But it was round 11!!!! All Wlad would have to do was run for 1 min. in the 11the and survive round 12. Puritty was tired too (because of all punches). Wlad stood on his feet and than Sdunek comes in and throws the towel. Wlad was angry as he was taken off his gloves and this scene shows he has enough left to go 1!!!!!! round. The fight against Lewis was stopped after 6 rounds!! This is the half of the fight and Vitali was badly cut. It was clear the fight will be stopped. In the corner after the fith round a person in English said "it is the last round". I think it was the doctor. The doctor was in Vitali´s corner after round 3 and than in every round. Foreman mentioned in the fourth that Vitali had to knock out Lewis because the fight would be stopped in the following rounds because the cuts where to bad.
well lets look at the evidence - tko6 - all the evidence says that Lewis would tko vitali in 6. So you are quite wrong.
Maybe so, maybe no. What is a fact though is that he retired, and did so of a great win, unlike many others.
