Talk that if Ward wins the S6 and beats Bute his resume will be better than Calzaghes

Dirrel was easily beating Abraham before Abraham got DQ'd and a lot of people felt that Dirrell beat Froch as well.

You bring up Calzaghe's 10 year "reign" but what elite fighters did he beat during that period? None. He was also defending the least significant belt of the four major titles for around 9 of those ten years. Some one already used Valuev as an example of accomplishments being misleading. You see promoters guiding their fighters to easy titles so much nowadays and usually giving them easy defenses(Berto,Khan, and JM Lopez for example). You can even look at Ray Leonard's super middleweight championship as being worthless. Accomplishments can be misleading.

 

Thats the thing, you didnt know those fighters so you instantly dont know there worth. If you did know them you would see many in that reign are more accomplished than alot of the S6 fighters but not promoted well like the S6
