    Mayweather-Khan is dog **** compared to Mayweather-Pacquiao.

Mark my words: people will buy into this "Amir is a real threat, he's a hungry young lion, so fast, the future of boxing, blah blah blah" ****. Then they will fight and Floyd
will take a round or 2 to adapt and then pick Amir apart, because he is light years more skilled, intelligent, and versatile than him.

I'm not the type to call a guy a threat, and then downgrade the win when the "threat" loses. I'm saying from the start that Amir isn't really a threat, unless Floyd magically
becomes a dog and ages 7 years by October 2012.

Normally a top 2 WW facing a top 2 JWW is fine, but not when the top 2 WWs are far ahead of the competition, and their fight is so long overdue.

Top Rank and GBP (and the fighters) are doing to us what those hillbillies did to Ned Beatty in the woods in Deliverance.

I hope these fights fail miserably at the box office, even though I doubt it happens.

    They deserve to.

Floyd would clown Khan and make him look like an inexperienced amateur. But if Khan is as mature mentally as I think he is then he will take the lesson to heart and end up becoming a better fighter.

This is as official as a duck could get.

There were not even a single talk with team Pac. Zero. Nothing. Nada.
They went ahead and contacted Khan.

And don't you go ape**** and say Bradley-Pac was scheduled first.
There's a big difference between a rumored backup fight and someone going public with negotiations being underway.]

Man I hope Khan is being an assuming fool with this.

Khan better not take on Mayweather before at least one fight at 147 first, it would be a stupid move. He's not ready yet.

The only 2 guys that stand a better than average chance of taking that "0" are Pac and Martinez.

Even if they agreed to fight its still going to be a long road ahead. If Mayweather is going to be his 3rd fight at WW and he will probably fight 2 fights per yr then they won't fight until 2013 or late late 2012. Kahn is going to need to have something to sell like a WW belt or a P4P ranking in the top 5.

I think he is using the potential Mayweather fight to promote his current fights and bring in more interest for himself as a boxer so that when he does fight Mayweather it could be massive.

When they do fight though I hope its in the UK.

We have known about this for a few months now. From what ive heard Khan willl have to get past Kell Brook before he can fight Floyd. I would prefer he fight Berto for a shot at floyd but that could spoil it for everyone since mayweather khan is a much bigger fight. Also i would like to see khan avenge his loss vs prescott before fighting floyd either way i think this fight is next for sure

Sorry to inform you but mayweather pacquiao will not happen next year. Timothy Bradley is next up vs Manny. Thats just the truth right there as much as it hurts to say
