I don't rate Tank so high that I believe him capable of making waves at either 140 or 147. He has time to fill out I guess but not now. He could well beat Thurman though, who I believe to be pretty much done at this point.

 

I think a fight at 147 will only be a money grab to take out Thurman on the basis he is viewed as vulnerable. Thurman believes he will spank Tank but really wants more money as he wants to cash out.

 

Yet Margo was suspended. Obviously there was something. Vetran trainer not realizing he was using old wraps? Margarito not realizing the wraps were old? Explain how that happens, then explain how that doesn't invoke doubt. What are the chances old wraps were accidently used and then someone points out an issue with those wraps?

 

If this is truly being considered, it's not a good look for Tank. HIs last 4 fights have been split between 130 & 135. And already talking about a fight at 147? Can Tank not manage his weight properly?

At the very most Capetillo committed a technical offense by accidently using the wrong pad. The lab declared the pad HARMLESS!! Why the CSAC insp's & Nazim blatantly lied about the above?? Only those people know. The NSAC refuse to discuss it & Nazim walked away when asked. Sadly now he cannot answer R I P But it was always Naz's forte to complain about opponents wraps as we all know.
The CSAC were left with egg on their faces but still hadnt the decency to admit they made a mistake in ruining a good fighters career
