It's a real shame how Gamboa's career turned out in the end. Great to watch and super talented. He should be a legend at the lower weights. I hope his path saw him earn good money at least.

 

I agree for the most part but have to throw Marquez out there.

 

I think Gambo can keep his engines clean and avoid the stoppage power of Tank for more than 3 or 4 rounds.
I know this version of Gambo is shot to hel|_ but he has enough raw talent to survive....I hope

 

Please, please, please someone tell this new generation that the only place you'll find success before work is in the dictionary. Yeah, you guys have talent, but you're not guaranteed anything in this world. Nobody is going to give you anything just because . In fact, they will try to take yours before giving up theirs. Get with it Tank! Put in the work and everything else is easy.

 

It's horribly cliched but still true: hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.

 

Tanks a great fighter but hes not prepared for the life he now lives. Hes a very slow kid brought up in the ghetto. Terrific talent who could make it big but more than likely its gonna end in tears.

Probably end up skint as well. A lot of leeches around boxing....guys like him have pretty much no chance. Hoping hes still not with floyd. Floyd will take him to his first loss if he can. The mans an egomaniac that wants him to lose to keep his own superiority....regardless that tanks not even in competition with him.

Ashame cause tank can really fight...he just needs someone that knows how to deal with him and teach him properly. Tbf the damage is already probably done with his upbringing etc. Dirt poor/abuse with a serious lack of education. Give people like that some money...their only going one way. Needs a cus d,mato character. Surprised theres no one about like that anymore tbh.
