    Im really high on Dawson, hes the goods. He could become the next big thing in boxing, if he can find some good opponents.

    Lets see what happens against my man Pascal. Unfortunate for Dawson there's not too much talent at lt. hvy. He should move down to SMW and face Bute that would be great!!! R U a Dawson fan?

    I thought Johnson beat Dawson. I think Hopkins can do one better.

    I like Dawson, but he's too quite and not talkative enough.......... Kinda' bland........ Good kid, but not a hot seller............ His wins over Tony Tarver MIGHT be his career highlights.?.? I do not see big contracts from cable coming his way.........

    Exactly. If you're not a big star or you don't have a crowd-pleasing style then take a note out of Mayweather's book. Talk a whole lot of ****.

    I like what I see from him. Hes one of those guys thats made serious strides in ability and confidence in his last few fights, and now hes primed for the big time. I thought he easily beat Johnson in the last fight, and completely dominated Tarver. Hes looked great in his last two in my opinion against savvy veterans.

    Dawson vs Pascal should be wonderful. They are both very fast, Pascal is explosive and comes to fight. I think we have a good, competitive fight on our hands.

    He dominated Tarver in the first fight too but the second fight was pretty entertaining in my opinion so was the first fight with Johnson. Not bad for a guy unfairly labeled "boring". So you admitted you're a Dawson fan huh? Lets see what my boy Pascal does in August;)

    Fighters / champs of today have NO idea how grateful they have it cuz of Cable outlets like HBO and Showtime.......... WORD!

    If Bob Foster were in his prime these days and nights fighting the tuff dudes he fought 35 to 45 yrs ago, Foster never would've had to get a job as a Sheriff deputy in New Mexico to keep the bills paid and food on the table.......... Foster had no contracts from HBO or Showtime that would pay him $500,000 dollars to 1 million per fight back in the late 1960s and early 70s..........

    I have No Clue what Foster made for getting stopped by "Frazier & Ali" in 1970 and '72, but I gotta assume it was only enough to keep him covered for a couple of years or so; not a retirement package.....

    What was Bob Foster's biggest check as a fighter---$250,000 Grand??? Okay, pay taxes and then cut in all the managerial horse**** and you are left with a lot less than that.......

    That is why Foster worked as a referee and Sheriff deputy after boxing was over for him in '74......... He needed the $$$$$

    YES! As long as he keeps winning...... Once he loses, HBO has the right to ****-can Dawson and throw away his phone number......... HBO loves winners.......... As does Showtime...........
