For me this is a better match up cause of styles then the other thread about Pascal vs Johnson cause Tavoris Cloud and Johnson won't stick and move using boxing skills cause neither has that.

Unless Johnson has lost it overnight, he would win this one by a pretty wide margin. While Cloud is a bigger puncher, Johnson is immensely more accurate.

Using Data Boxing PC- in a block of 100 bouts
    Cloud vs Johnson, both at current best: 53-43-4; Ks 1-14, TKOs 1-1, Wu 47-21, Ws 2-7, Wm 2-0, Knockdowns 68-8, Rd W % 56-44.

Additional series with conditions favoring first one and then the other boxer could produce varying results. When I preview an immediately upcoming bout, I explore all those possibilities. :happyDrData Box

Surely Pascal-Cloud is the fight that needs to be made. Winner fights Dawson and we finally bring some structure to what is currently a fractured division, with a couple of guys in their twighlight years and with the top fighter only going for single superfights (one that may yet not come off, you never know) Getting the three ABC champs to fight each other (Hell, make it 4, Erdeis undefeated doubt he's got the balls) but the division needs some bug fights.
