There is not a single fighter on froch's resume better than Miranda.

Froch is better than Miranda though. Miranda is below gatekeeper, I'd even go as far as saying Pascal is superior.

Froch has a title belt right?
Taylor does not have a title belt right?

So .......... why would Taylor not fight a title holder that's calling him out?

Add me to the list of those ignoring you; not because you're spewing hatred for a country, but because you are ignorant enough to act as though there is only one flawed country in the entire world.

Taylor appeared to look good in the Pavlik rematch. Yes there was more stamina and punch resistance than in the first fight.

However, vs Lacy, he had Lacy hurt early. He followed up, but there was no real impact. He lost a lot of snap after the phony knockdown that Lacy scored. Just with Lacy moving forward with a little more intent, Jermain faded, even though Lacy hadn't really hurt him! Jermain lost something, just from Lacy having a bit more hope in there, just because Lacy started trying a bit harder.

I don't think Taylor carried the 168-pounds well - over the 2nd half he looked sluggish, uncomfortable, despite winning nearly every round.

That fight was there for Taylor to look like a million dollars, to potentially set up a fight with Calzaghe for big money. Taylor won, but didn't look particularly good and Dibella admitted a Calzaghe fight was way over their heads.

The Lacy fight did serve another purpose - it was an elim for the Froch-Pascal winner, so I would presume that Taylor paid sanctioning fees, to the WBC. In other words he'll have paid his money to have the right to challenge Froch (even though he was offered to fight for the vacant crown).

What next, Final, Final, Definite elim vs Pascal?

Taylor didn't need a final elim against Lacy. He could have fought for the vacant title v Froch but chose not to

Well Taylor was above him in the WBC rankings, then all of a sudden he fights a faded Jeff Lacy for the elimator and Froch fights for the title.I don`t know the ins and outs of it but it does seem that Taylor doesn`t want Froch,he`s understandably more interested in fighting Kessler i`d say.
