I don't believe in tune-up fights. Nothing I hate more than seeing "X needs a tune-up fight before fighting Y" kinda comments. Why does any fighter deserve a tune-up? It's like they need to be treated like babies from time to time, yet they're supposed to be world-class fighters. You'd think it'd be the other way round, like Hatton just fought probably the best P4P on the planet and now people say he needs a tune-up? BS. Obviously he takes a step back down the ladder to try and work back up, but that doesn't mean he should be fighting tomato cans in order to give him and his fans confidence. One thing, though, I gotta give Taylor respect for taking the big fights. The guy doesn't appear to back down easily.
So I'm a serious idiot. At least until one of these fights happens. You know, it's normal not to think the same thing about hypothetical bouts. you don't have to call idiots those wh think differently than you do. Instead, try to have some arguments.
Completely? Nah...it's boxing, anything can happen. 99-99.99%? I'm comfortable writing him off in that range. :yep
Nah I think I'll follow you around Assassin and bother you with the simple logic that you've abandoned some time ago:good
Tell em' how it is Realizm!! Do your thing brother. Anybody saying Taylor has 0% chance is unveiling themselves to be nothing more than a hater.:yep
Well Mr. Pipewrenched these Joe nuthuggers have to validate the 2 or 3 good fights Joe's had..they do this by pretending the beaten opponent can beat anyone but Joe....it's all abit childish and only demeans their credibility...I do enjoy pointing it out as they never really present any valid argument, they usually just get owned and leave:yep
I'll tell you what . . . Pavlik dismantled Taylor with just one punch on their first fight. Kesller will dismantle Taylor by beating him up for 6 to 8 rounds . . . until Taylor quits on his tool. That's what I mean when I say worse. :yep
I'm sure your think Cocaine is one hell of a drug....My saying Kelly had an off nite is based on what Kelly said after the fight...It has nothing to do with Kelly not scoring a KO...Perhaps you were listening to the fight and not watching it... I've also stated that Taylor fought a great fight and to my surprise changed his plan of attack for the fight keeping him in it......When I say "off" nite I'm not implying that Pavlik fought horribly because he did'nt score a KO...get a ****in clue already:-(
