If you are picking JT to win overall, you win 18 cents for every dollar bet. I know, horrible odds.

I'm going to bet a ton on this fight. Some on JT to win overall (to be safe) and some on JT to win via KO. He's going to win. It's just a matter of HOW he's going to win.

 

Man, that would be a great matchup. Would like to see Frochy get a chance to take on either of them, but let's see how he gets on with pascl first.

Being British, I'd like to support Frochy, but he hasn't really fought anyone of note. A decent win over Robin Reid, but to say he was past his best would be somewhat of an understatement.

 

Lacy will quit on his stool in the middle rounds...

How obvious could it be that the only reason he's fighting this fight is for $??? The man retired one day (obiovulsy because he doesnt care about boxing anymore), only to announce a 1 million dollar payday the next day. Taylor will tear him apart, Lacy will quit on his stool similar to Sammy Peter

 

I will be rooting for Lacy, but think Taylor will win quite easily. I became a fan of Lacy's after the beating he took (kept coming and showed heart) from the hands of Calzaghe.

To be fair with Lacy, he's not the same he once was before the beating and the very serious, career trashing shoulder injury, which simply killed the punching power - the weapon he was relying on...

With that said, I don't expect a shutout, however the TKO late is a possibility. You can't rule out the fact that as amateur teammates, Jeff and Jermain had more than a few sparring sessions, so they know what to expect from the each other, therefore it'll be more competitive than most people think.

Taylor is very flawed, we know Lacy is but why act like Taylor isn't, Taylor has got by on size when he fought Winky, Ouma, and Spinks but he's fighting a very strong agressive fighter in Lacy who has decent hand speed. Honestly Taylor was ruined by Steward, IMO neither man should be favored.

And I am okay with that. if lacy can move his head instead of standing infront of Taylor he will be okay, the only times he has gotten in trouble is when he stood right there with his hands down, if he can get back to moving his head he will be okay in this fight, and if he lands a bomb on Taylor, that left hook of which Taylor does get cracked with, Lacy can bounce back on the scene with a big win, I think Lacy has a legit chance here.
