Nice point. Another example is PBF and Hatton. PBF hadn't KO'd nobody in a long time prior, and a KO prediction before that fight would get laughed out of the house too.

I was a little lonely when I first started saying Froch could be Taylor's first stoppage in a long time. Glad to see others stepping up. Hermits are used to being lonely though.

    Fookin brilliant news!!!!!!!!!! :happy

Should be a good little grudge match this one after the **** talked on both sides. I expect Frochy to take Taylor to war and prevailing with a close decision after knocking him down.

    GO ONNNNNN COBRA! :bbb

A better question would be: would Taylor be considered a decent enough farewell fight for Calzaghe after wins against faded emasculated Lacy and Froch, who's yet unproven at world class level and who had trouble in his last fight against Pascal? Taylor had a competitive fight with Pavlik before that, but he (Pavlik) also lost to Hopkins badly in the meantime, so...

Still, if the money's good, I'm sure Calzaghe will consider it carefully. Taylor's a very good fighter, he'd give anyone a very good fight and he'd be a good name on anyone's resume, including on Calzaghe's. As a Calzaghe fan, I hope he'll take it.

I had been reading up on Froch, and was preparing to try to like him.

BUT, if he's in with one of my fave's JT, all bets off. Hope Carl gets paid good, that's all.:!:;)

Nothing new on here...still some interesting stuff, especially for Taylor fans. I hadn't seen this posted much, so to give anybody interested a look:

    www.jermaintaylor.com

Mentions a good bit about Froch part way down, but nothing we didn't already know. Check it out if you want. It tells of that Razor Back Competition he did too.

Maybe Taylor's agreeing to less money than he would have made fighting Green? Maybe Froch dropped his ridiculous price demands to a reasonable level? I'm guessing both. We'll see when the terms come out.

LOL. Good lord. Look at his Guest Book. Nothing but HATE from dudes from the UK!

Why go to the man's web-site? If you don't like him so bad, why bother even looking him up? Some crazy sum-bitches,....I swear.
