If Taylor is sharp, well-conditioned and boxes smart, I wouldn't be surprised to see him land a lopsided UD. AA has power, but he swings wildly and inconsistently; and if JT is half as slick as he once was he'll dodge those windmill shots easily. On the other hand, if JT is as knackered as he was against Froch in the later rounds, AA might smash that jaw again. It all depends on JT's condition...

Rumour has it that JT is working with Mackie Shillstone. Now all we need is John David, and brother Nazzim:yep

I believe Abraham will end the fight early within the first 3 rounds. He has power in both hands and Taylor is easy to hit. Not to mention he doesnt take punches well.

How many times does Taylor have to get exposed before people realize he just isn't that good???

Well if the amount of controversial decisions this guy has and going the distance with Kassim Ouman and Corey Spinks(both of whom are in my eyes 154 pounders) does not tell you a boxer is not that good, or somewhat overrated by hardcore fansI don't know what will.
Doubts were removed after watching the Lacy fight, looked horrible in my opinion, sluggish, slow and not motivated.
He does have good names in his resume, that is not debateable, but he also has way too many controversial decisions that should not have gone his way, according to experts and fans.
Time to redeem himself and he will have his chances.

That's right . . . he wait for his opponent to get tired . . . and that's gonna be the reason why Taylor is gonna be in deep trouble. :D

IM a huge AA fan. However

    Pavliks resume>AA's resume

I give more respect for kellys loss to hopkins than 99% of AA's wins

On December 10th 2005 Abraham won the IBF title that Jermain vacated when he chose to rematch BHop rather than fight his mandatory. Abraham stopped Kingsley Ikeke in 5 rounds. Ikekse's best win was Echol's. To this very day Echols remains Ikeke's best win.

March 4th, 2006 Abraham went the distance with Shannon Taylor who was coming off a TKO loss to Raymond Joval.

May 13th 2006 Abraham went the distance with Kofi Jantuah who had previously been stopped by Kassim Ouma.

September 23rd 2006 Abraham went the distance with Miranda in a very controversial fight. All I can say about this one is that if you haven't seen it, you need to. It's on You Tube.

On May 26th 2007 Abraham stopped Sebastian Demers in 3 rounds. Demers had a 38% KO ratio, and his previous 5 opponents had 29 losses.

On August 18th 2007 Arthur Abraham scored an 11th hour KO over Khoren Gevor. Gevor was little more than a prospect who had fought no one of note, and had a 48% KO ratio.

On December 8th 2007 Abraham fought Wayne Elcock, and stopped him in the 5th round. Elcock had a 38% KO ratio, and his big claim to fame was beating the same version of Eastman that Duddy beat.

On March 29th 2008 Abraham knocked out Elvin Ayala in the 11th round. Ayala had a KO ratio under 38%, and his most notable fight was a draw with Segio Mora.

On june 21st 2008 Abraham picked up a catch weight rematch with Miranda after Kessler pulled out of the date with Showtime. Abraham deserves his props for this one. He KOed Miranda in the 4th, so it only took him 16 rounds to do what "that other guy" did in 7 rounds.

On November 8th 2008 Abraham stopped Light Middleweight Raul Marquez in 6 rounds. Marquez squeaked past Lorenezo in an eliminator, and had a draw with McKart one fight earlier.

On March 14th 2009 Abraham won a 12 round decision over LuJaun Simon. Simon had a 46% KO ratio, and his previous 5 opponents had 35 losses.

On June 27th 2009 Abraham scored a 10th round TKO over Mahir Oral. Oral had a 34% KO ratio, and like Simon, his previous 5 opponents had 35 losses.

If you want to tell me you think Jermain is ruined, fine. I can work with that, but please do not try to tell me that any version of JT that has anything left in the tank loses to THIS guy.

I'm thinking of taking a lifetime ban bet on JT winning the tourney and KO'ing every opponent along the way. I'd stop wasting my time here then. :yep I'm just getting way too tired of the bull ****......
