Aye no worry mate . Well when i first started i wanted to be like Mourinho. Professional manager and loved tactics but when i started to teach kids things even the most simple stuff like turns and passes and when i see them actually learn from my teaching i give me a buzz. So since then bit by bit i've gone full circle. Now my main aim is to one day become a full time academy coach at major academy and hopefully in long run started to create my own development plan and oversee a clubs academy whilst still coaching. I would love to in time go onto adult football but i dunno i like working with young people. It's nice to make kids happy. I took my team to Walkers Stadium in May this year. We got to Clapham Junction station at 6am and went all way to Leicester and won the competition up there. The thing that made my day was when a fella from Wales came to me and said cracking team you have there mate and seeing kids celebrating with trophy at a Stadium they showed everything they learned and when me or they move on that day will always be with them and me. It's emotional stuff at times!

Coaching is something he is interested in but needs a bit of a push. I have to get him out of the costume after all Either that or he is destined for a career as a mascot:hey:rofl

I wasn't impressed with him the first few times I saw him, thought he looked a bit average. I was raving about him after the West Brom game 2 weeks ago and again tonight though. He's got decent pace, strength and awareness and is technically sound. Nice long throw as well which is a bonus. I thought he dealt with Bale really well, I'm struggling to remember one time Bale went past him. He's already got a couple of caps for the US and I'd expect him to be a regular soon.
