I have come to know from very good reliable sources that a prominent footbal player recently pulled out of a intentional game this week after a weekend of binge drinking, however officially he is declared unfit/injured. Yet boxing isn't anywhere near as scrutinised as football, at we are meant to believe that such shenanigans would never take place It's amazing, yet we have people like this Sugar individual, behave as if I am some fantasist for believing convenient pull outs may be the result of feigned injuries.
I can't see him not fighting Bellew. He loves an all British mismatch on PPV and that ticks all of those boxes. You might be right on him fighting an actual heavyweight though.
Do you know if this clown has yet registered with the WBO clean boxing rankings? I thought it very suspicious that this cowardly fraud didn't enrol with the organisation.
Feigned injuries exist, yes. Sh!t, I remember kids at school self-inflicting injuries to get dropped from the games ! I have no idea whether Haye did that or not, but it's not inconceivable that he got word that Fury was a lot better than previously thought. Certainly the "career ending" shoulder injury is suspicious, since within months of the surgery he was already talking his usual comeback stuff. Likewise, it's valid to question Fury's claims of injuries and depression this year.
'Tis barring an injury. I'm sure Davey will have his razor blades/surgeon on standby though just in case he suddenly realises that Bellew is a heavyweight boxing god before the rest of us.
Well it is my belief that he had a chronic shoulder problem, however had he wanted he could have fought with it, as we have witnessed so many fighters fight with chronic injuries until a convienent time for them to undergo surgery. Dillian Whyte had serious shoulder problems, so did Vitali, Amir khan and Mayweather both fought for years with broken bones in their hands. Haye needn't the surgery however it was a convenient alibi for him to avoid fury. As for the cut under his eye, well it is the first I have seen a boxer pull out of a fight with a cut under their eye especially when during sparring you usually wear head gear. You know my feelings of Tyson Fury. I do not doubt he is suffering from some kind of disorder but I do not believe that was the catylyst for him pulling out of the fight. He has had personality disorders from the beginning and his excuses along with the tales from his Uncle Peter do not line up with aman who is in the clutches of clinical depression. You do not turn up at boxing matches and smile for cameras when you are clinically depressed. Neither do you take to the streets of France to celebrate alongside England fans at the euros.
Well, not everyone bought into the idea that Haye was vastly superior to Fury in 2013/2014. Not everyone was predicting an easy one-punch early KO win for Haye. The people who believed that then are probably largely overlapping with those who think Haye's some sort of beast now too. Many of them expect Haye to beat AJ, Parker and all the big youngsters if they fought now.
I believe Haye's blighted by injuries too. I also believe he's lied about injuries in the past too. Fury is crazy. He might be manic depressive, mood swings, happy one moment, depressed the next. He was too lazy to train, whatever. It all amounts to the same thing, his mind is just not right.
As is there an overlap with those who picked against him and those who would have everyone believe that Haye can't fight at all, never could and slate every single thing he does or doesn't do.
I have never heard anyone say that Haye can't fight or slate every thing he does. The people have rightly questioned his desire to get in the with credible live opponents along with his cowardly behaviour of consistently pulling out of fights and messing fans, tv companies and other fighters around. No one has denied that he is a talented fighter with power in both hands. But that power is useless if it is left only to be channelled against indistinguishable nobodies who no one wants to see you fight against. He has conned the public and I see no reason why he should be lauded for it.
One of these days you will actually get your facts right rather than act like a total brain dead ****. The requirements for the open drug testing are with the WBC not the WBO, and since Haye has no intention of currently going down the WBC route, there is no need for him to comply.
I'm leaning towards this. Haye would be a 50:1 favorite over Bellew at HW, yet Haye will find a way to chicken out even from this fight. His comeback so far has been a complete trainwreck. Think about it. Even Briggs of all people (!!!) got himself a title shot. Haye once again looks like a fool at this point.
