I know Teddy can create a little controversy and is a bit long winded at times, but I'm still a fan. This sport could use a few more truth tellers like himself, plus the guy just plain knows how to score a fight.

This your first time watching FNFs? Lol. He does it all the time. He is usually dead on the money too.

I wish he would tone down the angle of making the sport seem corrupt and play up the these INDIVIDUALS are messing things up. Name them and shame them. Unfortunately, I think he probably can't because he has been in so many places and seen so many horribly called fights. It is systemic and he knows it.

he is a good analyst and a good way of translating boxing fan speak to sports fan speak. its always enjoyable to hear i feel.

he always goes in on bad refing and also rightly applauds good reffing and judging. he tells it like it is and is very vocal. in early gigs in in the early 00's he was always sort of timid and sort of hoaksy like a trainer sounding like he wanted to get into the commenttrory gigs.

but he sort of turned into this more sensible confident commentator....and i prefer him over a few. he isnt great. there are MANY other people who should have his job. but he is a real team player at espn boxing and does move the machine. he is also great with tessitore.

Teddy is long time phony , out to promote self. He would take Elvir Murqui to places with no commissions for bouts, then go on FNF and scream when a guy came in from state with no commission, or had record of opponents from same states he was taking his fighter! He had doen same thing before FNF gig.

Remember the Bruce Seldon incident? Of course not, his media friends never go after him on it. Only happened few years ago. Teddy is a piece of ****.

Teddy Atlas is an example of all that is wrong with network TV. This jerk should be pushing a broom across the floor of some high school
after hours. Yet, in America he's a top TV sports commentator.
When they don't see things the way Scarface does he's called judges corrupt at least 20 times over the last 5 years.

Was'nt neccesary for Teddy to throw his source under the bus when Pacquiao tied a tight noose around his own neck.

Teddy is good but some times he becomes too much of a blow hard where he could probably turn off many casuals who may have got into boxing

Yeah that was pretty hypocritical of him to scream about these horrible mismatches and how it was ruining boxing when he was taking part in the same thing.

He's also pretty unbalanced, being as he plotted to murder Donny Lalonde.
