Thread asked for the 147lbs version of both fighters… Crawford is in the mid to high 160s at that weight, TH is a drained guy weighing around 145-147lbs on fight night. Those are the “welter weight” versions who actually existed.

You are just repeating your previous point. I already answered you and gave you examples where Hearns outboxed other master boxers. In In the middle of the ring, Hearns displayed vastly superior boxing skills than Barkley.

Thread says at 147. Not that different rules apply to the fighters. I have never seen a boxing fight where both fighters are subject to different rules, have you? Would not that be unfair?

He was… And he might well win . But Crawford is a master boxer too. Has both power and durability at the suggested weight. And Im not sure how many truly good southpaws Hearns has beaten

Hearns in my opinion would ko Crawford
with in 6-7 one sided rds.
Study (Not watch) Crawford's fight against
    Benavidez. Benavidez gave Crawford all
kind of problems early on because of
    his height advantages, Crawford was
consistently short on his punches .

    Benavidez was able to keep
Crawford in a defensive posture, (On the
back foot) for the majority of the fight.
    Benavidez was also severely limited
with his mobility because of a gun shot
to his leg a couple years earlier, which
was plainly obvious if one watched the
fight without their Crawford blinders on,
    yet he troubled him.
Now imagine the challenge of Hearns, who was three
inches taller than Benavidez, and would
be five inches taller than Crawford , with his
8 inches in reach, speed, skills and power
    would be for him, (Crawford)
This fight isn't close in my opinion. Hearns
    dominates and stop Crawford.

Yes he was. During the first Leonard fight he was constantly outboxing Ray before the stoppage. He was setting better traps, beating him to the punch, and even was pulling off some of Ali's more advanced footwork patterns. Something not every tall and skinny guy could do. Watch from 13:08 onwards.
