I think JMM has a right to cherrypick this fight with Morales.

THe thing is that this fight still draws interest to the hardcore boxing fan.

He had a really tough fight with Katsidis.

No way you can keep fighting top level competition back to back to back to back without displaying some wear and tear.

Since its GBP..its gonna be marketed like sh*t anyways..

I guess you're salivating to watch JMM annihilating Mosley... lol :rofl

JMM looked better than Mosley against Floyd but actually it's Mosley who did better backed by hard facts (wobbled Floyd, more points scored).

mosley didnt look better hahahahah that's ****en bull****...he had 2 good shots the whole ****en fight...the rest he looked like a jittery crackhead without his fix.....jmm never gassed out and never quit trying.......so stfu already, seriously you're sounding more and more stupid as this thread grows......

and you dont pick opponents based on how they looked vs a common guy...you pick the ones that deserve it, and in this case marquez does...he's been steam rolling his competition and he and pac have history........

What JMM did to Floyd was all posturing and futile offense. He can't hurt Floyd. At least Mosley wobbled Floyd...

it's a 12rd fight, not a ****en 3 second fight...which is the only time that mosley looked good...overall jmm looked better and you know it....

but again, it aint about "who looked better" vs floyd...i mean, wtf does pac care he dont want floyd anyways....

Nothing new. Pacquiao has been carefully managed since his 2nd fight with JMM. The David Diaz fight was the beginning all this nonsense.

Disclaimer -- Can't fault him for taking down Oscar though. Cash cow.

Yes it's a 12 rounds fight and we all agree that it seems "overall jmm looked better" BUT objectively it's clear that Mosley did better than JMM. He wobbled Floyd and he scored more points against Floyd than what JMM scored in 12 rounds...

    Floyd vs Mosley: 119-109, 118-110, 119-109

    Floyd vs JMM: 120-107  , 119-108, 118-109

BTW, it's you who brought up Floyd in the discussion not me... You're discarding the Floyd factor now that you got burned by your own evidence/argument...

That's what people don't realize, if we get that Mosley that wants it real bad... It's going to be a shock in the boxing world and imagine if Manny stops Mosley even at this stage of his career. I have a feeling we are in for a surprise at either end:good

i brought up floyd not to compare marquez and mosley, but to remind you that mosleys last outing at 147 was pure ****en garbage......since you brought up the fact that jmm needs to prove himself at 147....which is ******ed cause jmm wouldn't come in at that weight....

Move on guys, just accept the fact that at this point of time (May 2011 to be exact), Mosley seems to give PAC a little bit of competition at 147 than JMM...

We could agree though Mosleys best weight is at 147 and also Mosley will put a better fight than Margacheato. And who has look good against Floyd at welterweight since the Judah fight:?

PAC's last 3 fights were at 147 and above... JMM needs to move up at least to 147 to fight PAC tho he doesn't need to come in at that weight. Who do you think has the advantage at 147?

PAC and JMM fought 2 close fights but with PAC enjoying an added advantage at this new weight class for their 3rd fight, I predict PAC easily knocking down JMM again and again and again. JMM will still stand up and stand up and stand up but this time it will eventually end with JMM being stopped/knocked out in the fight.

Why not make the fight at 140, esp if Manny was weighing 144 with Ariza secret protein shakes and Ariza saying Manny could easily make 140:lol: We all know Manny wants all the advantages in all ways possible. It's no secret, but who cares about that fight now, we have MOSLEY VS MANNY now. Let's move on!!!
