:good Who's JMM at 147? This guy can't make a dent on Floyd at 147. At least Mosley made Floyd do a little chicken dance... PAC vs Mosley is the way to go... Bye Freddy (for now). Nice discussing with you.
Name me one fighter who never got the advantages he wanted when he could get them. :deal It's hard to fualt Pac for something EVERY fighter in his position has done and is still doing.
The PAC and JMM is to little to late. Pac at this stage beats, KO, JMM. The only arguement I can see for him fighting JMM is JMM deserves the payday more then Mosley. Only difference is Mosley will draw more buys then JMM. As bad of a fight as Mosley and Pac is it will still make money. The casual fans is what drives this sport and not boxing geeks like us. If JMM thinks he can win then 1 million purse plus some of teh PPV would set him up for a fight. That was not the case. JMM can still make lots of money if he fights and beat say Khan, Bradley, and Alexander. If this fight is so bad then make a statement with your money. Don't buy the PPV. Peole were saying the same thing when he fought Margo, ironic that the same people who supported Margo is now all over Mosley.
JMM vs Pac outdraws Pac vs Mosley anytime of the year, not just on Cinco de Mayo...... Mosley's fight vs Mayweather outdrew Marquez' fight with Mayweather, because Mosley coming off his demolition of Margarito was considered more of a threat to Mayweather..... Now that everyone knows that Mosley who at his own natural weight went about trying to find Mayweather like a blind mouse, and in his last fight looked horrible in drawing with Sergio Mora, even the casual fan knows Mosley does'nt have much to offer at any weight. Bottom line...... Mosley's last PPV with Sergio Mora, 100K buys...... JMM's last PPV not with Mayweather, vs Juan Diaz drew 200K buys...... Those numbers I believe speak loudly that JMM with the history and all with Pacquiao will outdraw Shane Mosley by a sizeable chunk!:deal Pacquiao vs Mosley will sell well under 1 million buys.......I'm going to be laughing my arse off!
I enjoy watching beatdowns and I am looking forward to this fight. While you sissies just debate on the merits of this fight, I will watch. Or for those Floydettes, why don't you watch Gayweather fight!!!!! Wait, you might have to wait a little longer ...........little longer.........little longer...........little longer...... In the meantime, just continue discrediting every known fighter not named Gayweather like Calzaghe, Haye, Klitscho, Pac. I rewatched Pac - Margarito and it was painful to watch after the 10th round. But what a beast Margarito was. He was literally blind because he can not see incoming punches anymore but he kept coming. I thought Margarito was only wobbled once in the entire fight but there were several instances that he was wobbled after rewatching the fight, including a nasty body punch in the 4th.
And people are wondering why boxing is a dying sport!!!!!! People are happy if the fighter they don't support are not doing well on the PPV. Assholes.....
Yes, it is 100% Pacquiao's fault that JM Marquez chose to feast on the carcass of a shot to **** Erik Morales. Marquez could've fought almost anyone at 135 or 140, he could've fought Soto, Guzman, Khan, or one of countless alternatives. But he himself has chosen to beat up a shot name, it is a shameful decision and it is Marquez who is to blame for this horrible fight, no-one else. It is absolutely pitiful that haters are trying to pin this disgraceful decision on Pacquiao and his team. Pitiful. :-(
The disgrace was Pacquiao chosing to fight Shane Mosley after Roach had called him shot, and Ariza had called Mosley a "quitter." Marquez wanted the Pacquiao fight, when that did'nt pan out, he went for the next best payday......there is nothing wrong with that. .....last time I checked Marquez has never called Morales shot or a quitter!:deal :bbb:bbb:bbb:bbb
The disgrace was Pacquiao chosing to fight Shane Mosley after Floyd is nowhere to be found. Pacquiao wanted the Floyd fight, when that did'nt pan out, he went for the next best payday......there is nothing wrong with that. .....last time I checked do we really need to debate if Morales is shot? peace
Pacquiao-Mosley is a **** fight, there's no disputing that. However, that has nothing to do with Marquez choosing to fight Morales instead of Soto, Khan or Guzman, or anyone else other than a shot to **** Morales. There is no excuse whatsoever for Marquez. He is feasting on a shot name for money. There is no honour in that. I am disgusted with him. I honestly believed he was better than that. :-(
You can be mad or disgusted all you want, thats a fans right.......but there is no disputing here that a Morales fight brings in more money for Marquez than any other fighter 140 lbs and below besides a Pacquiao fight. .......we will see if I'm right or not on this matter, as I'm certain JMM-Morales will sell well over what the JMM-Juan Diaz fight sold........ .....and I am certain that Pacquiao-Mosley will sell well under a million. ......there is an article over at the scene right now on the feud between GBP and Mosley..... .....the reason why Mosley bailed on GBP was because he saw that GBP was pushing for Marquez to land the Pacquiao fight. Let me set you all straight on this here issue. The reason for GBP to push for JMM over Mosley to fight Pacquiao, would be that GBP believes that Marquez-Paquiao would outsell Mosley-Pacquiao........and quite frankly its really a no-brainer that with the history with Pacquiao and JMM's latest entertaining fights vs Juan Diaz and Katsidis, he Marquez would produce more buys than a 40 year old Mosley who has had two consecutive atrocious showings vs Mayweather and Mora. Dont kid yourselves people. Even fighters that care and protect their legacy, place more weight on getting properly compensated financially. "He is feasting on a shot name for money." .......please, thats the name of the ****ing game for any fighter that steps into a ring. The most money for the least risk. You need to pay more attention to how business his handled in boxing Popkins. No fighter will chose a harder fight for himself if the financial compensation in both fights were equal. Khan, Bradley, Alexander.........Marquez would have chose to move up in weight and bypass Morales if the pay was better than a Morales fight. .....but it is'nt......and once Marquez gains even more exposure (assuming the PPV goes well with Morales) then then his pay for Khan, Bradley, and even Pacquiao, increases.
:yikes You and I are different types of boxing fans, and our viewpoints on this sport are too different to merit further discussion. On another day, I would say some things you wouldn't like now, but I'm in a good mood today so I'll leave it at saying our differences are utterly irreconciliable.
