Terry - Groves is a loser, all the idiots on here after the first fight was a joke and am afraid you was one of those along with simba and Solaris.

Been to a good few of Groves fights and would be at this one if the mrs hadn't bought tickets for Lee Evans on the same night !!!!

He's one of the most exciting fighters we've got, has youth on his side & is dedicated to the game. The 2 fights with Froch, although he came out the wrong end, his profile has rocketed which will only serve him good. He'll have also learned a hell of a lot more being up against a seasoned world champion like Froch than he would have facing lesser fighters...

As I said before, future world champion in my book.. can't wait for him to be back Sept 20th :good

 

groves is interesting, he could still do well. froch has drawn up an effective blueprint, but few have his ability to absorb punishment and keep coming required to implement it .

Getting your head boxed off is hardly a blueprint. I like Froch but it was hardly a masterclass, the man's granite chin is what helped him defeat Groves. Any normal fighter would have been starched and reeling on the canvas. Credit to both fighters though and i'm sure Groves will go on to win a belt.

He didn't box his head off in the second and got caught with a very basic boxing setup shot. That's the trouble with groves fans they completely wallpaper over the cracks.

Still concerns over GG which haven't really been answered. Only time will tell

 

You had to listen to nothing, it was your choice to watch the build up no-one made you. Groves is a bright guy, you call him a cretin? I'd bet his IQ is higher than yours. That" bum" would make you mess your trousers if he called you out , numpties like you make me laugh.

 

To call a former British & Commonwealth champion + world title challenger who's only lost to one of the best fighters to come out of Britain, whilst giving him absolute hell, a "bum" is laughable.
