LOL, have you seen how bad British boxing is?

We just had a guy fight after failing a drug test without his opponent being informed, and the situation was somehow dealt with in a few days before the B sample was even tested, even though these things actually take months. And there are claims Whyte wore gloves different from what he was approved to wear. Takam got stopped against Joshua for no reason, the ref interfeared with the Parker fight for no reason, all the scorecards just give it to the one who is supposed to win (Joshua).

If Ruiz goes to the UK he'll need to KO Joshua every round to lose a split decision.

What demands, little things like fighting away in your opponents little drug den? Perfectly reasonable if you ask me.....

Far from an AJ fan here but I must admit Ruiz has done an impressive Jon at disappearing up his own ass since the win.

Did anyone see him and Wilder love fest interview the other day? Wtf was that.

Coppinger who is normally spot on says December 14th Cardiff.

So all that bravado hasn’t worked anyway.

We are no better or worse than any other nation

The Americans actually celebrate when their fighters win robberies where we call a spade a spade

I don’t want it to be like that though. We should lead by example and make it an ideal place to come and fight. Ruiz has to KO Joshua to win, and he’s going to be pulled up constantly due to his style of fighting. That’s wrong.

Let’s hope he gets a fair shake with the ref and judges should it go the 12.

I think the old "he needs a KO to win" is a bit exaggerated, yeah he will get no favours but if he clearly wins he will get the W imo

I disagree. The judges had Joshua winning rounds from 4,5 & 6. One of the judges had him winning 4 & 5. All 3 judges had him winning rounds 1 & 2. Yet, it was Ruiz who was applying effecting aggression, had Joshua crouched down and trying to box at his height, Ruiz also held centre of the ring whilst Joshua skirted around the edges. Ruiz was absolutely bossing it after round 3, just chipping away with body shots whilst AJ desperately tried to come to his senses from the 3rd round onslaught.

So yes, Ruiz has to stop him again because despite being the champ, he’s most definitely the B side once again.

Agreed. Hearn knows they can’t lose this one, hence why they’ve pulled out all the stops to get it in Cardiff. They won’t take any chances with the judging either.

I think they’ll tell Joshua to fight defensively and take no risks Klitschko-esque. Keep Ruiz long and get a safe UD. That’ll be the game plan.

Ruiz has to knock him out again to win in my opinion.

Joshua is going to put a big roided fist right through Ruiz in the rematch.
