According to boxrec Barkley's highest fight weight was 234. Frankie Swindell went from 168 to 256. Guillermo Jones went from 148 to 210 and was a good fighter at welterweight and cruiser.
You're right about Barkley. I accidently read his opponent's weight. Still, guy did put on a lot of weight.
