Paul Williams had no backing nor had he done anything of relevance but beat Margo and split with Quitana...he hasnt dominated any division and brings nothing to the table....NOBODY was looking for a fight with him.

You mention Zoo but he was showtime....neither brought enough backing or would bring in the money for a cross over fight....fight just wasnt a option for either...remember Floyd was still trying to build his name into a power house.

I'm sure they're selective about what they believe. If Ellerbe had said a while back it was on and Oscar had recently said no negotiations had taken place, they'd be quoting Oscar left, right and centre too.

Remember, that when the Zylocaine issue was big, Ellerbe said Floyd had never taken it, so if you're going to accuse Arum of lying, you have to be fair and admit Ellerbe is hardly completely innocent of it.
