floyd is one of the best fighters out there but not nearly as good as the little group of cheerleaders here would like to believe. it is not that he is losing respect, its just that he is slowly starting to move towards his final resting place in boxing history, and it is not in the top 25 atg as some of his more enthusiastic fans like to suggest. he was great under 140 (but there have been many greats under 140) and judging from the oscar fight, above average above 140 but not great like a duran or a leonard. floyd will be put in his proper place in history when the next crop of p4p fighters start to take over. very good boxer, very little man

Marciano-Wallcot was much more competitive (the 1st fight of course) than Marciano-Moore...Against Walcott Marciano seemed to be getting outboxed for the majority of the fight...Than juss like that in the 14th I think Marciano lands a huge punch that shocked everyone prolly...My grandfather mentioned this fight to me back when I was a kid and I never saw it until 2 years ago...Great fight...the 2nd one was very easy..I think Marciano knew if he was gonna win the 2nd one he'd have to get Wallcot early!
