I'm not a mental health professional, but obviously he gives blood from time to time and to my knowledge hasn't had to be sedated to do so, he has tatoo's so he's obviously not phobic of needles...I don't know what it is, but I know what it isn't, it's not a phobia.

 

If anyone fails a drug test, the fight is immediately cancelled. That seems pretty simple.

 

:smoke So if PAC takes and passes the tests MONEY will have to admit HE WAS SIMPLY SCARED OF PAC after seeing him fight . Now that would be precious .

 

Saying yes and actually doing it are two different things. So far Pacquiao hasn't proven he will really allow himself to be randomly blood tested.
