Yep,you should suspect the guy who has done random testing for him last 4 fights..not the one who declined it several times :huh

I don't think he was i just think he didn't want to give in to floyds demands when Floyd had never used random drug testing before then out of know were requested it for the Pac fight an he was all ways happy to have it done straight after the fight aswell so i don't think he had anything to hide i just think him an floyd have big egos an don't want to be dictated to by one or the other

In the short time frame (7-14 days) there is really no benefit of using PEDs at that point. Best PED use is "off season" - where you can train long period of time and you allow your body to maximize muscle rebuild and increase cardio.

In short, it was just a push back. "Checking" the bet.

Of course he was on stuff. Testing wouldnt have been such a big issue otherwise.

I'm not going to say Pacquiao never took PEDs, wouldn't say that about Mayweather either. One thing is clear though, Pacquiao's experience with having blood drawn 2 days before the Morales fight affected him badly!

There is a video on youtube about him talking back in 2005 about how the blood test 2 days before the Morales fight affected him. Note, he said this in 2005!
It's on youtube (translated I think) and on http://www.examiner.com/article/the-real-reason-why-pacquiao-does-not-want-his-blood-drawn

    Pacquiao quotes in 2005:
    - .....When I was in the phase of reducing my weight (to make the weight) because the following day was the official weigh in and the main fight was 2 days away…I have not taken or eaten anything or even drank water because my weight that time was just exact (within the weight limit). Now, all of a sudden the Commission (NASC) called up informing me that they have to draw my blood anew for my medical exam! I told them that I have gone through it prior and had done it! My camp reacted including my trainer Coach Freddie and my manager, Shelley (Finkel). They reacted (protested) why do they have to draw blood from me again when they have already done so (about a month ago).

...In addition to that, why did they have to do the test again (by drawing my blood) 2 days before the fight?

....After they have drawn my blood (2 days before the fight), I got dizzy after 30 minutes! My nape ached…So what I did was…I wanted to…the doctor told me right after my blood draw that I drink plenty of water. But I couldn’t! I couldn’t drink water or eat anything! What I did when I got dizzy was, I lied down and had my aching parts (nape) massaged.

I really felt so weak ( at fight time) that the punches I was throwing and hitting Morales with had no “pop”. Soon, it came to my mind that if this the only kind of (weak) punching power I had, I will not be able to even knock Morales down.

(On host saying Morales didn't feel his power): Ummm…Good for him! He didn’t have to taste the real power of my punches because he didn’t know what they did to me before the fight (the blood draw), it would have been the other way around.

    End Quotes

So this is consistent as to why Pacquiao has said he wanted cut off dates for Mayweather. The "scared of needles" came from Freddie Roach who also said Manny believes it weakens him. Pacquiao and Koncz have stuck by the "Pacquiao feels it weakens him"

His experience was bad then, so he wanted to avoid a repeat at all costs. Mayweather may well have known about Pacquiao's experiences with the Morales fight...after all he never demanded RBT from anyone until the pressure built up for him to fight Pacquiao.

Pacquiao went down from 24, to 14, to 7, to 3 and finally agreeing to no cut off, particularly after the non-stop drug accusations from Mayweather.

The point is his reasons ARE CONSISTENT with the experience he describes back in 2005! To *****s jump on me, I'm not saying he's 100% clean, but I am saying his reasons are consistent with the experience he describes back in 2005

Exactly! Check Lance Armstrong - there was no reason for Mayweather not to accept a 7 day or even 14 day cutoff - that, coupled with a test on fight night was more than enough - the cut off date kept reducing as soon as Pacquiao accepted the previous cutoff demand

To be honest, huge amounts of inactivity between fights where you're not being tested is more suspicious in my eyes as it's over a period of months where you benefit from PEDs, not 7 or 14 days before fight night where your training intensity is reduced anyway to allow the body to completely recover from workouts prior to fight night

I have a problem with the word, "dictate." Requesting for a pro athlete to give out a few blood samples within a month or two is a form of dictation? Shocking. Especially when you consider the fact that Floyd would undergo the tests as well. Besides, Floyd agreed to all of Team Pac's requests therefore it was an even playing field. There were no form of bullying or dictatorship on either side.

It doesn't matter what Pac is willing to do after the fight. It's alarming that he turned down such an easy request. Maybe he's been innocent all along. Maybe not. But for sure it was a dumb move especially after he gave us all sorts of stupid reasons as to why he can't undergo random blood tests.

he never gave a cutoff for full random testing. He agreed to full random testing from day one. only a cutoff on blood. everything found in blood is found in urine these days, and some of the newer drugs aren't conclusively found in either.

Why do people always overlook this? Pac agreed from day one, Floyd just changes demands every time I've was met.

Floyd may well be juicing, but at a minimum he's submitting to blood and urine testing for his fights...what does this have to do with Manny and his refusals?

This simply isn't true, and it's disturbing that you would attempt to pass this off as truth.
