It makes him look super bad and now even the deepest Pac fans are question him. I'm still a Pac fan, (fell off after i seen hes been taking the easy road lately) but from the get go I was with Mayweather with this. It's a damn test!!! Either your juiced or u can take a test for 50 million!!

Pac turned down a test for 50 million!?!?! A chance for one of the biggest fighters ever known to boxing, could've help boxing by just taking the fight, popularity sky rocket back to the old days. Pac really screwed us and now he wants a test with Rios?? why??

If this is Pac's way of saying i"ll take the test then this is weak!! Because Mayweather has offered the fight numerous times already. maybe if Mayweather wants to, he might take the fight if its his last one or 2nd to last one. maybe. but i highly doubt it because Pac and his team played games

Send him an email and let him know. Oh and send Floyd Snr one too. Maybe you could refund him the $114,000 that he had to pay out. :good

looking back and with floyd's history and pattern, this fight was not going to happen.

    ..................................................
    (scoop malinowski's interview)
So that afternoon, I asked George Peterson, the trainer and manager of Paul Williams, who he believed would win the hypothetical Pacquiao-Mayweather clash of welterweight titans?

    His responses were stunning.

    Here is the official transcript...

Scoop: Who do you see winning Pacquiao vs. Floyd?
    Peterson: “It’s not gonna happen.”

    Scoop: You don’t think so?
    Peterson: “No.”

    Scoop: Why not?
Peterson: “It’s not a fight that’s meant to be made. That fight’s just not meant to be made.”

Scoop: Why not? Everyone wants to see it?
Peterson: “A lot of people want to see it BUT THEY'RE NOT GONNA SEE IT.”

Scoop: Mayweather doesn’t want it does he?
Peterson: “Ah, that fight is not gonna be made.”

Scoop: You’re saying it with a lot of certainty in your voice.
Peterson: “Yes sir. Yes sir. If it was gonna be made it would be made by now.”

Scoop: Who doesn’t want to pull the trigger? (I know Mayweather is the chicken here, just want to try to get more from the source.)
Peterson: “I just don’t see it being made.”

Scoop: You know something but won’t say it.
    Peterson: [Smiles].

Scoop: Who would win, if it was made? Hypothetical. Just for fun?
Peterson: “It’s not gonna be made. That fight is not gonna be made.”

Scoop: I hear you, it’s not even worth wasting the energy on a fight that is fantasy.
    Peterson: “It’s not gonna happen.”

Now, over three years later, the reasons are quite clear why Peterson knew the inside information of the Mayweather team. Peterson and Mayweather's advisor Al Haymon, who was in attendance at the press conference that afternoon, controlled Paul Williams, so obviously, clearly, Peterson had the inside track on the secret agenda of Haymon and Mayweather.

Of course, as time would eventually prove, Peterson was 100% right. And Mayweather and Haymon used dozens of lies, deceptions, fake retirements, false drug accusations, smokescreens, etc. to camaflouge their paralyzing cowardice.

Make no mistake about it: the truth is that the cowardice of Mayweather and Al Haymon are what roadblocked the biggest event in boxing history from ever happening.

George Peterson's prophetic quotes on that decisive December afternoon in New York City are the smoking gun.

Things have changed a lot over the past 4 years, due to what's happened between Floyd and Manny.

Floyd has changed the whole landscape with regards to testing, and now it's been implemented in big fight contracts.

I didn't have a problem with what Floyd proposed, but it was the way he went about it.

Manny was accused of being a cheat by his Dad, and then Floyd rode with it and issued the demands. Then after the initial demands, he racially attacked Manny.

When you back someone into a corner like that, you're not going to get a positive response from them.

What needs to happen now, is all year round random blood and urine tests. It should have been implemented a long time ago.

The circumstances with Rios are now very different to what they were in 2009. There's no animosity, and things can be discussed rationally, without Manny being defensive and trying to point score.

The thing with saying that Manny should have taken the test, we're going to say that because we were desperate to see the fight.

But you have to try and put yourself in his shoes, and see things from his perspective.

If he'd have taken the test, he'd have given into Floyd'd demands after his Dad had accused him of cheating. His ego wouldn't allow him to be dictated to like that, just like Floyd wouldn't have if it'd have been vice versa.

We also can't be certain if the fight would have taken place, even if Manny had agreed to everything from the very start.

He was referring to being mandated by any sports athletic commission.

Not OSDT up to the day of the fight. Read the link.

What I'm referring to when I say "damage" is what Floyd Snr said BEFORE any negotiations had been made.

Big Floyd accused Manny of being a cheat, and then Floyd demanded OSDT up to the day of the fight.

Yes, at first Roach and Manny tried to laugh it off as no problem, but then they changed their minds.

Also, the blood testing was never an issue, it was just the cut off days. Manny never said no to blood testing. He just didn't want to give blood near the fight. But he said that he'd happy to be blood tested immediately after the fight. So really they should have compromised.

Floyd wanted OSDT, and Manny wanted a cut off. I don't see what the problem was? Manny agreed the blood testing in the first place, so why couldn't Floyd let him have the cut off that he wanted, plus a test immediately afterwards?

TBH, I cannot remember what Sr said before Negos if anything. I think he start to make a scene when testing was starting to hold things up . . . regardless it should not really matter
