Bc he isn't a fan of the sport but of Manny.

Floyd has a damn good resume and so does Manny. That guy probably has no clue of Hernandez and the great fighter that he was. The only thing he knows about these guys is that they fought Mayweather.

And Mayweather taught him a lesson when he left him to make the DLH fight. That's exactly why he decided to take the big risk and make that fight when Pacquiao was involved.

Pacquiao doesn't need to have a say in this. He literally pays Arum to make and negotiate fights for him otherwise he would be a free agent like anyone else. If you don't know already, Pacquiao has a career he's working on out of boxing.

He is aware of this but doesn't care, it's all about cashing in PPV buys and he knows this will sell easily. If the Guerrero and Ortiz fights sold this sure as hell will. Khan may be a complete joke of an opponent but he has what Mayweather is looking for; drama, publicity and entertainment.

I don't think Floyd is fighting Khan. Hopefully they shock us and pull of some crazy **** like Martinez at 160. Not sure where Martinez and Cotto are though with their plans.

Pac v Rios wasn't a Sh*t fight? Hokay Bob. Whatever you say. Khan is way more accomplished than Rios.

Did anybody ask Arum, "Pac who?"

Has nothing to do with that in my opinion. As long as Pacquiao has other options within Arum's stable, which he clearly does, there's nothing for Arum to worry about. Even if Pacquiao loses to Bradley, Arum still wins because Bradley is a TOP RANK fighter. If they don't make that fight then they also have Marquez. It's Mayweather who lacks opponents and is looking to fight a complete joke of an opponent in Amir Khan.

Don't keep your hopes high, it's going to be Amir Khan.

Rios was a come-back fight for someone forcefully inactive due to a KO loss, how is that too difficult to understand unless you're trolling. Care to explain the joke fights that were Ortiz and Guerrero?. Hey, I'm both a hardcore Mayweather and Pacquiao fan since 2003(defended them both objectively) and can't find a single justification for Ortiz and Guerrero.

So if i got you guys correctly... Arum wants to make the fight happen, but is somehow unable to pick up a phone and make a call himself....

Yeah, in the wacky world of boxing fanboyism, Arum is making perfect sense.

There are no come-back fights especially if they're PPV. He's getting paid A LOT of money as professional fighther. That line of reasoning is a cop out.

Ortiz was a joke fight, but remember the events leading to the fight. At the time Berto was as hyped as GGG and Floyd was to fight the winner of Berto v Ortiz. Nobody thought Ortiz would beat Berto.

Guerrero was undefeated and his mandatory. Never thought Guerrero was that good neither.

You guys still don't know how floyd team works. He throws out Amir Khan in order to give you something better.

Same old tricks he has been used in past. Remember Matthew Hatton. Remember when Arum said floyd was fighting morales. Remember when they said floyd was fighting Alexander. Each time we got much better fights.

It quite clear to me that floyd is hoping to fight Danny Garcia at WW but both garcias don't want the fight. If he can't get garcia he will probably fight Alexander if he wins at WW. Khan at this point isn't even an option he is considering.
