Lets say that Pacquiao DID HAVE a Lineal title ( dont know how but okay )

Pacquiao has the belt. Then is "robbed" by Bradley, which would mean Pac would still be going into the Marquez fight with a belt, and Bradley would be titleless.

Marquez then KTFO out of Pac, which would make Marquez the belt holder.

Bradley than beat Marquez, which would give him the belt.

Man Pacquiao has beaten one top 5 ranked Welter maybe two in Cotto & Clottey nothing about that says lineal champ hell the only reason Marquez and Bradley are considered top welters is by way of beating Pac, they fighting each other but aren't/can't fight any other title holder so none of them really have a chance at becoming Lineal Champ anytime soon, maybe if the got free and fought some of the other good fighters at welter we'll see if they are the tops in the division I like Marquez and have a level of respect for Bradley and Pacquiao but Marquez and Pacquiao are basically done and Bradley can only raise so far fighting 40 yr olds and a guy with one win in 3 years.
