I don't see how FMJ is lineal title holder. He never beat any lineal title holder at 147 as well.
Unless you are referring to his defeat of Guerrero, then I'd say the whole JMM KO6 Pac, Bradley UD12 JMM, Pac UD12 Bradley is a much better candidate for who the lineal champion is.

Pacquiao is def not the lineal champ at WW.

Mayweather has been #1 the whole time, but even if you bump him out of the WW rankings for each of his recent JMW fights, which you would have to do for every fighter the moment they fight above a division limit if you were consistent, then Pacquiao was still the #3 against Bradley, who was #1, with JMM at #2 in between them and a decisive spot above #3.

Honestly I don't know how the hell these rankings work somehow Maidana is behind Thurman, Porter, Guerrero and such but he has a better WW resume Marquez is 1-3 officially at WW but is rated higher imo losses matter and wins matter but it seems nowadays it doesn't matter.

Either way I don't think the JMM/Pac/TB triangle can be considered for lineal Bradley was unranked when he beat Pac and JMM, was unranked or low ranked when he beat Pac, Bradley vs Marquez was arguably 2-3 in whatever order but because #2 had already lost to #1 I don't think they would be able to contest for the Lineal title but who really knows
