No proof he juiced, but flyweight to full fledged welter, along with turning down drug tests while he was looking his best, and then looking decent when reports surfaced, and people from his camp talking about "Mystery Shakes" and what not is suspicious. But there's no proof, so we have to give him the benefit of the doubt

Floyd Mayweather Jr., Floyd Mayweather Sr., Roger Mayweather and Mayweather Promotions wish to make it clear that they never intended to claim that Manny Pacquiao has used or is using any performance enhancing drugs, nor are they aware of any evidence that Manny Pacquiao has used performance enhancing drugs. Manny Pacquiao is a great champion, and no one should construe any of our prior remarks as claiming that Manny Pacquiao has used performance enhancing drugs."

Yeah. There's no proof. So we cant say for sure, and you have to give him the benefit of the doubt. But to say its not suspicious is a bit ignorant in my opinion.

I'm not sure when, but after he backed out of the Mayweather fight, that was conformation that he was doing it in the first place. Knowing when he started juicing is a good question, because then we could determine how many fighters he cheated to win.

yes its true. I've always gave him the benefit of the doubt, and still to this day hes never failed a test so hes good. Im just saying from my POV when hedid, if he did start Juicing. Im thinking Morales 2 to DLH, somewhere in beteween there

    Morales 2 is more likely.

Morales made him cry and he didn't like that feeling

I think he was good till he lost to Morales. Man if u see how devasted his whole team was, his fans...I mean they have nothing but Pacquiao. I think he was thinking (since he hadnt lost in a long time) that he might need an edge. He sure to seem very very confidnet in the 2nd Morlaes fight. I dont know if thats cause Morlaes had lost the fight before or he was "feeling" really good.

If not then it has to be make the jump to WW. To Much on the line to lose that fight.

I think theres a difference between using PEDs and using diuretics for weight cutting.

The thing that you heard J'Leon Love using was for making weight, it didnt make him any stronger, it just cut weight off of him.

    NEITHER ARE OKAY THOUGH.

If you need to use drugs cut weight then you should move up though.

Floyd Mayweather injects his hands with a dubious substance during training and for bouts. This substance is banned in most states and the reason duckweather only boxes in Nevada is that it is the only state to allow it/he has a special deal with them which means he ignores it. duckweather is thus is essence a drug cheat.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. uses illegal injections. Mayweather takes pain-alleviating injections before each bout which are permissible under certain, limited and medically documented conditions by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

Meaning Floyd Mayweather Jr. can only fight in the State of Nevada because the substance he uses are illegal in all other states and that is why he only fights in Las Vegas and maybe that is why he refused to fight Pacman at the Dallas stadium.

Lidocaine or the brand name Xylocaine is used to prevent pain. Some might label it as “performance enhancing” shots. Now this substance used before each fight does not enhance your speed or give you a steal chin but it dose numb your hand in to a point where you can’t feel the pain every time you land a punch so you can throw it a lot harder.

Makes you wonder who’s the real cheater? As far as the Nevada State Commi

“Drug or injection that has not been approved by the Commission, including, but not limited to, the drugs or injections listed in subsection 2, in any part of the body, either before or during a contest or exhibition, to or by any unarmed combatant, is prohibited.“

“It was revealed prior to his failed middleweight title bid against Bernard Hopkins in 2004 that de la Hoya took Lidocaine, a pain killer deemed illegal by Nevada State Athletic Commission standards, to speed up the healing process for a cut suffered on his hand.”
