For example, contrary to your disinformation above, Rafael claims Floyd settled just as Pac's lawyers requested his test records, to follow up on the rumors of him failing A sample 3x. Then there's the whole charade of working only with USADA, with their non disclosure clauses. Then there's multiple TMT/Mayweather gym guys caught dirty, never by USADA, always by the commission. Then there's Floyd making guilty faces and denying he knows about TRT when his friend and former manager peddles testosterone pellets, the kind TMT's Mickey Bey was caught using...

These aren't things that made you believe he uses PEDs. You already believed he used PEDs (or hoped) and are just looking for clues now. You see what you want to see when you choose to see it. The SAME arguments can be made to Pacquiao too, not much to stand on with either argument.
