Pacquiao agrees to drug testng against Mayweather but couldn't agree on the cut off. Pacquiao accepted 14 days but once that happened, Mayweather then changed the testing to be done all the way up to the fight.

Atleast Pacquiao has been doing strict testing lately.

    Pacquiao-Rios: VADA

Pacquiao-Bradley 2: Bradley: "Pacquiao says testing is not an issue, VADA or WADA"

    Pacquiao-Algeiri: VADA

Floyd Jr. isn't as stupid as Tyson. He will never be broke.

I had a blood test the other day. Manny a brutal offensive boxer said needles made him feel scared. This confirms to me that Manny is overwhelmingly likely to have been on the PED's.

Manny is not as fast anymore, he's legitimately past prime. Floyd still has it, he's just not going to look impressive against dirty pressure fighters because he's not impressive against them.

This fight will be worthless and I really wish it doesn't happen. I will laugh at everyone if it doesn't happen.

We have Loma who's going to be better than Manny, and Rigo who's better than Floyd (on a H2H level). Loma vs Rigo is the superfight to make.

Most people who care about this kind of gossip will probably be broke their entire lives.
Better to concentrate on your own bank balance, not the millions that celebrities may or may not make and lose.

Just some advice from an old man, for some the youngsters here. :good

Show me a direct quote coming from Pacquiao saying, "I am scared of needles".
NOT coming from arum's mouth or team Pacquiao.

window dates ? random testing does NOT have cutoff windows to start with.
Floyd ONLY offered pac 14 day window JUST to make sure the fight happens and pac still refused.

Floyd didn't change ANYTHING except offering a window on "random" testing. that was a ONE time offer and pac knew that. if he declined he knew a head of time it was back to complete random testing.

pac declined so it was 100% pc fault the fight did not happen in 2010 and 100% pac fault it didn't happen in 2012 when Floyd set everything up for the fight.

that was BEFORE the 40M offer with possibly ppv upside. once pac refused to negotiate that offer the fight was dead and Floyd stopped caring about it
