If this fight doesn't get made this time how many more fights do you think it will take for each of them to take a loss and totally kill the May/Pac fight? I think at this point in their careers a loss may come for either in the next 3 or 4 fights considering their age either of them could become shot over night. say what you say but even Floyd who many say isn't past prime and others say he is still close to it, isn't prime anymore and a young and upcoming fighter could take his 0 soon.

Interesting. Well, if it's Floyd decision then the answer is yes. Right? That's what he's been telling us at least. If he says no, it'll be all on him. So, I'm glad Ariza confirmed it is up to FLOYD.

Not true at all. it's the commercial side of things that's holding up everything. Casino & bar splits. There's real cash there too. Just do the math! 79.95 x 2,500,000 =$199,875,000 vs 12,500 ( average of 25 screens ) x 18500 =$231,250,000

Actually that's a commercial estimate on pricing. Square footage is a factor as well as the number of screens. Also on the strip they limit the number of casinos throwing fight parties. So pricing would vary based on market demographics..

But I do think HBO are reluctant to make the fight now when they can just wait anther year when Floyd is out of contract and they can get the fight on HBO don't you think?

Idk. Floyd said recently Sept will be his last fight and he'll retire, but you never know with him.

Lol would love it if he re signed with showtime, just to stick it to HBO.
If this actually happens... Even HBO is gonna receive the hate, cause **** will go public.

    Hopefully this doesn't happen.

marshawn was 0 -5 his last 5 attempts from the one. I would've tried the same thing or maybe the QB option..

Doesn't that depend on who they fight?

Floyd wins his remaining fights up until 50-0.

Manny probaly gets stretched within 2 to 3 fights and I have the upmost respect for what Manny has accomplished in his career.

Well if Mayweather does not fight Pacquiao next I think he could end up facing Thurman and while stylistically he should win it's dangerous and I could see Haymon rigging the judges so he has his next cash cow.
