however he has put NO Body fat on due to INTENSE CARDIO WORKOUTS
(26 rounds sparring a day/never wants to leave the gym workout all day)

Judging this Myself
I am a Marathon Runner i am 5ft 11 ins tall and 150/160 lbs
the same size as margarito
when im not training i eat around 2'000 calories a day
when i am training i eat 4'000 calories a day
while training in run 40-50 miles per week
2-3 hour grueling runs
i lift weights and DOUBLE my daily amount of protien intake (not to lose muscle strength)

HOWEVER .......

I CANNOT 'REPEAT' CANNOT GAIN MUSCLE WHILE UNDERGOING THIS
INTENSE CARDIO TRAINING

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE :deal
