Mayweather just dominated a man that Pac did not want to fight, and did great numbers at the same time, under his drug testing demands that he himself was subject to. I even think Mayweather was blood tested last.

I don't want to see Pac fight Margarito, I like Pac, but I hate the way he gets credit for being a fearless weight jumper that will fight anyone when his risks are calculated by a genius trainer. And at the same time, Roy Jones and Floyd Mayweather catch **** for calculating risks...

Mayweather is in the driver's seat for this fight, screw a cutoff date, 50-50 no cutoff Pac will be the one at fault in my eyes if he would not except that.

No, negotiating in boxing is a test of a boxer's marketability. The guy who draws more revenue gets paid more.

This quote that started this thread is a month old. We don't know what PBF is doing because his camp has been quite meanwhile you get soundbites from the Pac camp almost daily. No one here knows what's really going on behind the scences especially on the PBF side.

Blood testing up to the day of the fight is useless. How long does it take to get the result of the blood test ? few hours or days? Lets say,one week before the fight Pacquiao tested positve for steroids. Do you think Bob Arum, GBP,MGM,HBO,Floyd and Pac will cancel the fight with more than $100 M on the line?

right now they both need each other. floyd wouldnt do near to half what he would do with pac with any other boxer and that includes paul williams. and the same with pac.

Floyd's in no position to dicatate anything new about the matchup other than split. 52/48.

To those barking about him setting a precedent with Shane, its because of the fact that its KNOWN that Shane was on something before, not pac. There is nothing that would insinuate his negotiating position in regards to this subject moving his way.

your obviously not getting the analogy!!!!

    its the same ****

pac is a day late and a dollar short by accepting floyds old terms...

I asked this earlier maybe u just didnt read it...but when has floyd or anyone in his camp since the mosley fight, said anything about there being a 14 day cut off still on the table?

pac comes out of nowhere and says ill agree to the 14 day cut off but that is old!!

So,in your analogy PAC was the customer and FLOYD was store owner?:patsch
With PAC's millions, you think he's interested on 4th of July sale? Plus,I thought the customer is always right.

No man, the analogy is flawed because it involves a store and customer, and the store has an authority on prices. This is between two fighters on equal footing. Does floyd have an authoritative advantage in blood testing negotiations? Since when...

I can do the same thing look:

    Pac: I got a car for 30k

Floyd: 10k. Or Ill walk away.

Pac: Hmm 25k. Take it or leave it.

    Floyd: Hmm 20k.

    Pac: ....Fine final offer 20k.

    Floyd: Second thought, F U I want 10k.

    Pac: WTF? No.

    Floyd: Ok ill walk away.

Thats the problem, neither fighter has a legitimate position over the other on this subject. They should just have middle ground.
