This. Absolutely. Too bad for Berto he didn't try the uppercuts in the early rounds, Guerrero was coming in wild.

By the way, there's two or three guys on this thread who sound like teenagers fighting for a girl. What's next, comparing marks on a math exam? ***** measurement?!

    '**** logic there....

Berto's arm was draped by Guererro's forearm/elbow. Nothing was keeping Guererro's hand there, other than himself.

I couldn't have given 2 shits who won this fight and I saw Guerrero hold Berto's had, and pull his head down as he uppercutted him for the first knockdown, resulting in the huge welt on Andre's eye. The referee was a ****ing disgrace and just flat refused to do his job.

Berto can't fight for **** on the inside. This is well documented.

If Guerrero didn't have such a stiff beard, he would have been out of there from the uppercuts.

This referee probably has seen much better days. It is problem time for him to retire or at a minimum work easier bouts. He had pretty poor control of the bout and was very inconsistent from round to round when he did interject. I believe that Guerrero executed his gameplan and adjusted to the referee or lack thereof. In my opinion, he fought a rough and borderline dirty fight but Berto made himself such an easy target by laying on the inside and just getting mugged all night.

"Draped"? Like just hanging there lifeless? Was Berto almost dead? His bicep was flexed and curled as held his hand.

The point of this is that you guys clearly dont understand the rules of boxing. If one hand is free you fight off, the ref is only suppose to interfere when both hands are tied up, which rarely happened.
If that was Hopkins in there Kellerman and you guys would be saying how cagey and what a great fighter he is. you cant have things both ways just cause you wanted Berto to win, and are looking for an excuse as to why he got his ass beat.

    Berto got rocked, initiated clinch
Guererro mashes Berto with his right, Berto wraps his arm around his hand pinning it to his face
Berto is holdin Guererro other hand low, he breaks free and repeatedly hits Berto with lefts.
Berto doesnt release Guererro arm til he hits the deck.

    you guys are embarassing
