The Best Fighter From Ali's Era, That Mike Tyson Beats?

For what its worth, I think that Holyfield said that Foreman hit him harder than Tyson too.

 

He slaughters Norton, Patterson n Ellis. Quarry n Chuvalo would b fun but I can see him stopping Quarry n winning a wide decision over a Chuvalo overworked but not out.


Foreman like I said in an earlier post recently, would depend on how much roughhousing the ref would allow. Tyson would slip a lot of Foremans punches but I wouldn't favor him getting close to a bigger,stronger Foreman while he's trying to nail him w bodyshots. Those uppercut would still play a factor too.


An Ali from Zaire to b4 that I see digging deep to get the W. If he has to tie up(would b very easy for Ali to do), pepper him w jabs to keep him at bay and nail him w rights he would. Even a post Zaire Ali could not b taken out by Shavers he was just insanely durable which ofc those shots added up to his decline.


Frazier would be another ATG w the perfect mindset to go against Tyson. Like Ali, you would have to b ready 4 war and Frazier will take Tyson there even if he has to get up multiple times assuming he's not ruled out. Tyson has been the fastest I've seen as a heavyweight on film w bombs in both hands. Still not as hard of a hitter as Foreman to most ppl(Holyfield I have to take his word 4 too). He's catching Frazier but if Frazier's not taken out he'll drag Tyson thru hell.


Young has the skills n durability but he does not work nearly enough to keep Tyson off of him. Plus Tyson at his peak was very accurate putting his hands together w murderous intentions behind every blow. He's not gonna look as bad as Foreman did imho and actually win a UD.


Honestly really fun to think of but notice ppl aren't putting other ATGs in Tysons era lol. That said, I still think he's good enough to give anyone hell minus maybe Foreman bcuz of styles.
