Very well made with 360 wrap around straps, leather and they can take a pounding. Effectiveness - 5/5. Exactly as promoted. Style - 5/5. The leather is neatly stitched and wears well. Durability - ?/5. I've only had them for 3Months working out five days a week. But no tears and the seams are holding up very well. Cost - 4.5/5. $20.00 less than original ticket price and these can't be beat.
What's up Guys, This review is one I did over at FightHype on one of the better water-filled heavy-bags on the market. The exterior is a very tough {Heavy-Duty Vinyl} and from the www reports, it will last and can take a ton of punishment. The inner-core is a plastic tube that holds 12+ gallons of water. I noticed that it can be over-filled with both water & sand due to the inner core design. Which is good if you want to boost the weight. I boosted the weight to 170lbs by using 75 lbs. of large gravel and water - without any negative effects. It also, has a 3" thick foam liner that goes between the outer shell and the core bottle, adding to the feature of reducing injuries from impact stress. Overall, I love the bag ... I workout on it five days a week and get a pretty serious workout. So for those who think water bags are not up to par with sand-filled bags .... Think again and try this bag. Advertisment - Specs - Price - Pictures: Offering all the great benefits of the original Hydrocore the Hydrocore XL offers a bigger striking surface. A larger inner water core, and more weight. Made to be stronger and even more durable than the original Hydrocore, the XL is an excellent choice for power hitters and anyone else who is interested in a heaver bag with a more realistic and life like feel Four web straps support steel chains and a 2 inch ring for hanging Bottom loop for attaching a tie down strap. Tie down strap is not included 120lbs. When filled 14" diameter x 52" tall $149.95 ea. .... I only paid $101.00 getting it from a direct distributor. How do you know what oz to go for? I was told to go for a 12ozpair by someone, a 14oz by another I have no idea really. The adidas trainer ones posted at the start of this thread I like the look of them I found them in black/yellow 14oz. Are there any in particular I should look out for as in to use for heavy bags/sparring with pads/partner?
What's your weight? I'm 140 and spar with 16 oz, but most of the people I spar use 14 oz. If you are middle weight or heavier (randomly chosen but you get the gist) I would not spar with anything less than 16 oz.
I weigh 230 atm Trying to lose some bodyfat % but still healthily adding muscle weight at the moment.

They're made in China. They are a Title knock-off of the Winning brand. People who got them say they're not bad for the price, but definitely not Winning.
