This is all you need to read to understand this guy is talking utter bull****. Do you understand that at this level he would be dead? How many times do you need this repeating? It's physiologically impossible to operate at that level of body fat.
I don't doubt that for a second, intense training requires intense eating. What this guy is saying is ridiculous though, i'd love for him to go see a doctor and tell him that he knows somebody with 2 percent body fat. The look he receives when he says that is what I'd like to witness.
The Klitschko's don't even eat 7000kcals. 200g of protein would only equate to 800 calories. Even if he was eating around 100g of fat, that would only be another 900 calories. That would mean he'd be eating over 1000g of carbs. Unless something in what I've just worked out is wrong, it had to be bull**** from Ariza to "wow" people.
Yup. 1325g of carbs a day. But from what I remember from looking at the diet he supposedly consumes, he only has around 80g of fat a day if that. The numbers didn't work out at all unless he was having huge (I mean huge) portions of everything.
I've only seen a video of some things he eats, he does have large portions of rice.... I'd be very surprised if he only had that much fat though.. anyone have a link for his typical diet??
I would've thought the Klits would eat more than that due to their sheer size but they also wouldn't be doing as much intense work as a smaller fighter like Pac who's always moving. You look at an athlete like Michael Phelps and he chows down 12000 calories a day..... The majority being from carbs.
