Talking about body fat: 3 % is lowest possible. Anything lower and you might end up dead. No way can you perform in sports. You need it for protection and keeping heat.

I'm 5.8 and walk around about 12 stone .I used to walk around 160 but f--k knows what happened I got blew up .It was muscle though not fat but really unusuall especially because of my conditioning
