I’m sick n tired of it any time one of fast cars PPV undercards fall apart he’s always on stand by to jump on it, I’m sure you’ve seen the meme.

Don’t get me wrong like most I like the guy a lot but he’s too honest for his own good diving on these cards at short notice.

Basically he’s Eddie Hearn’s useful idiot.

He needs to look himself in the mirror and ask himself what does he want to do with his career. Have a proper go at trying to win British or commonwealth championships or keep coming to rescue for Hearns PPVs.

What's the problem? A boxer who boxes? How often do we slate boxers for not fighting?

Guys just bought a house from his PPV shows so good on him!

He also fought about half six so not exactly top of the bill so stop being negative and leave the guy alone

The problem is that he fighting forklift drivers to often is no good.

As for that house it won’t matter much having it when he is completely punch drunk will it genius?

Firstly thanks for noticing my genius. Secondly, it's a problem he's fighting forklift drivers but it was a problem he was fighting whyte, Prtiz etc? So what's the man to do?

The only problem with Dave Allen at the moment is his reluctance to stay in shape. Regular fighting is a privilege for any boxer. I believe he's not fighting for silly money any more either.

If Dave Allen trains properly, he'll get opportunities as good as anyone out there. I don't see the problem here, other than Allen's conditioning. He's getting great exposure boxing on these shows. Better boxers haven't had half the opportunities Dave has.

I don’t know if they showed it on the TV but him going over and handing his opponent a wee bottle of Irn Bru whilst holding another for himself a minute after the fight had ended was one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen at the boxing.

Yes because against the likes of Whyte and Ortiz he was completely out of his depth.

because I don't know if you know this but their are actually levels in boxing and you need to recognise that level you're at.

He's basically a white collar boxer in his training outlook who is ridiculously fan-friendly (see promoted).

Past behaviour is the best indicator of future behaviour. Dave Allen ain't going to suddenly turn around and constantly stay in shape and live in the gym no matter what he says, go by actions, not words. Hearn said he didn't even spar for that fight, which is rather shocking tbh.

I can see Eddie quietly shuffling him off soon, he's a PR nightmare waiting to happen.

I wish he'd get himself fit but no issue with popular but limited fighters on undercards.

Yep I thought it was hilarious, what was even funnier was the look on his opponents corner man after tasting it, he just stared at the bottle after a swig of it looking at it as if to say WTF is this I just drank!!!!

    Classic!!

That was a really good scrap he was in last night in terms of entertainment. His fight before it was decent too with the knockout. He’s limited, out of shape, neglects his defence but it makes for an entertaining fight even if it’s against an Argentine brickie.
