Hayes logic for taking this fight is absolute bull****.

"The Public want me to close the show on the Audely Harrison joke"

Thats like a Prime Mike Tyson - defending his heavyweight title against Butterbean because he is a circus act.

    Haye deserves to lose tonight.

I agree with you on this, and it's the only reason Audley has a chance. There's no pressure on him, he's expected to lose. Haye simply has to win, and win in style. Even if Audley makes it less than easy for Haye, his reputation will be severely dented.

i love this haye hype. cause when haye fight someone of a higher calibur heavyweight like adamek, the odds for a adamek win will be real good. or even someone like chagaev, but i think chagaev is past prime now.

A well past it Ruiz would murder the rogan who beat Audley,Audley is boring gun shy awful to watch,Haye is exciting quick will beat Harrison all ends up.
How could any boxing fan unless family or personal friend want Audley to win.

White Tiger have you been on the kentimine?

Or are you ESB's resident comedian.

The Harrison that destoyed Danny Williams would knock out Haye. HAHAHAHAHA

Can I have some of the stuff you are on.

Oh and one small point. Don't disrespect Nigel Benn.

You seem to be making out David Haye is some invincible Tyson like figure.

He's had 4 world title fights in total.

2 against World Class heavyweights - and he was unconvincing in one - and labouring in another one.

Question marks still hang over Haye.

fair play for backing your views up white tiger,
but how is audley going to cope with the speed that haye will bring?
I can see him having that "rabbit in the headlights" look again when he tries to figure out where the punches are coming from.
i can see him defending himself pretty well but if he neglects his reach advantage (which he has done on most of his fights),then haye will catch up with his chin in about rnd 5 or 6.

as for the Nigel Benn reference, then it is only true in the percieved underdog sense.Don't forget that mclelland brought some good performances at WORLD CLASS to the table, unfortunately i don't think the same could be said of audleys recent fights.

This thread is a perfect reason why I'm watching this fight tonight. Harrison will be embarrassed for 4 rounds before being knocked out. Then these threads will stop. Bring on 10 o'clock!

Haye is not invincible (what fighter is) but he is exciting to watch and gets everyone talking. Someone said that haye will have trouble getting past audleys reach but IMO one of his strengths is closing the distance down on his opponent. When he fights the cards do appear to be weak tho which is something that should be addressed. Fighters who show vulnerability are better to watch as a fan because, for me, it lends an interesting angle to their bouts. Looking forward to tonights fight.
