I honestly couldn't tell you. I'm working out a window during today in which I can fit the whole piece into. I'm itching to read it, but I'm also determined to get it read and watched in 1 sitting.
It might be difficult to read and watch it all in one sitting! I deliberately didn't include the full second fight between Starling and Breland by the way (little action) and I wouldn't recommend hunting the rest of it down unless you feel compelled to score it to score it. If/when you get round to it, I hope you enjoy it and that it gives you a decent insight into Starlings abilities :good If you want to see more of Starling, send me a PM :thumbsup
Guess I'm not doing it in one sitting :yep Got through the Curry, Howard and Breland fights today. Excellent write up and analysis thus far :good Learning a bit more about Moochy with each fight.
I'll do Riddick Bowe on Wed/Thu :good My vote goes to Ezzard Charles, with Frazier #2. Is it a vote for just #1 or top 5/top10?
Scored the Curry fight a draw. 114-114. Very close fight, and an even finish felt like the most just outcome.
I had it exactly the same. Get your hands on their 2nd fight, the first fight, but more refined (especially Curry) and over 15 rounds :bbb Man, Don Curry was a BEAST!
Curry had an incredible drop after his defeats to Mccallum and Honeyghan though, I almost felt bad for him against Mccallum, he seemed to be taking over before he was sparked. Definetely an immense fighter though, one of the most talented welterweights ive ever seen.
He lacked iron durability, but still had decent showings even after McCallums peach of a left wiped him out. Starling would beat the man who beat the man :yep
