Either that, or they're just lazy ****ers. They made a big stink about owning Bill Cayton's humongous collection, but it's taken them all this time just to dig a handful of fights out of it.
Last year they did show Moore Slade all ten rounds. Before that, I only got about a 3 min highlight of that fight. They are slowing airing new fights.
I guess they would... Jacobs and Cayton obtained a fair portion of the collection through decietful actions anyway. You have to contact ESPN... or do what I do..IGNORE IT!! Things only have monetary value when others pay for it. Dont be one of the dumb ****s who pay for 'snippets' of fight films.. Enjoy what you have, and make it available for others.
yeh im annoyed by it too but its for a mate and Wildes family, im not paying im just a front man really as i know alot of traders etc... anyone know how i could get into contact with ESPN
Yep, telephone the pricks and suggest you found a 'newsreel' containing footage of Darcy/Fulton sparring.... they'll **** themselves.
LoL... that pretty much sums it up though. For example of a like situation.. A bunch of money pigs not knowing what they have... or why its valued by others. Alan Bond, Aussie money man behind the "Australia II" success in '83 had purchased a 'Monet' painting via auction, with the standard 6 figure price tag. Typically uneducated (as most Billionaires have been), Bond telephoned his secretary with the news.. Secretary.... "Good afternoon Mr.Bond" Bond.. ........"I just payed $9,000,000" for a painting done by Monet (mon net) Secretary.. "I believe the pronunciation is 'Mon ay' Mr.Bond"
