Another lacklustre FNF not been a good year at all so far bar one or two fights. The Hook at the beginning and the body shot in the 1st were the best shots Coleman shouldn't of bothered coming out for the 2nd

Awful, he might as well have not turned up. Nothing wrong with Holt's performance though, him vs Mike Jones or the Senchenko/Paulie winner would be good.

They said he told people he had a beer a few days before the fight and was eating "candy" at the weigh in. Seems he really rededicated himself after that loss.

That's a little harsh on Martinez.

He hit Cintron hard enough to think he'd headbutted him, and had Williams hurt in the first fight too.

True, but the P-Dub shot was not indictative of Martinez as a puncher IMO, and neither of Williams' chin. I think the Sumbu-Nunn comparisons are very valid, except for the fact these modern types don't even hold a candle to those two talented *******s ;-)

Good ole Kenny Holt. Saw that Coleman had been hurt to the body in his last so went for it.

    Coleman is useless.

Holt remains one of the best punchers in the game, he's just not smart enough to create opportunities for himself when the counters aren't there. His ring I.Q is lacking, and he can be buzzed.

He's therefore an inconsistent fighter, but he's the archetypal dangerman. Still one of my favourite active fighters. But Coleman is shite.

Biggest positive from the fight? Roy. Let's hope he moves into training fulltime, he is a true genius, could impart all kinds of wisdom and, most importantly, stay in the game he loves so much without taking any more shots.
