in all seriousness rayrayv123, why do you refuse to accept that glass jaws exist in boxing. take a look at thomas hearns and how he got put on ***** street everytime he got hit with those disgracefull spaghetti legs. it doesn't mean tommy wasn't a great fighter but facts are facts and his jaw was made from wet toilet paper.

these chincheckers are experts in their field, they assess a chin before it has even been cracked and then they expose the chin to the esb public before the rest of us are even aware that a glass jaw exists.

take a look at 46and0's thread about paul williams horrific jaw. 46 exposed it in a thread prior to a pumped up welterweight with just a 50% ko ratio brutally exposing williams as a glass jaw fraud.

don't tell me that these chincheckers are not experts in this field, they obviously do their research and know there ****. the only logical conclusion i can come too in all this is that you have had amateur experience and that you had to cut your own boxing career short because you had a disgracefull jaw that was holding you back and leading you to several embarrassing ko losses.

For one Paul Williams, how many Lucian Bute? Most of them are calling Bute a glass jaw while he faced many powerful punchers, took their best shots and didn't blink. Maybe there are a couple of them who do their "job" correctly but most of them are just a bunch of ignorant haters. If you can't see that, that means you're one of them. :deal

chill out laffie, did you see round 12 of the 1st andrade fight? surely you can understand why these chincheckers have detected that bute has fragile whiskers and will be exposed the 1st time he fights a live challenger.

one of the problems here is that you are a big bute fan. theres nothing wrong with that, but sometimes your love for a fighter can blind you when trying to analyse the durability of a boxers chin.

Even if he had been hurt (and that's not the case), how could he be a glass chin when he received powershots from Berrio, Bika and Miranda? I thought that you the super chincheckers were studying carefully a boxer to know if he had a problem with his chin? Even Lennox Lewis noticed that Bute took a big right hand from Miranda without a problem. And you the chin specialists didn't noticed? Not very professionnal from you guys.

I will consider fighting you under these conditions:

1) I am the Champion, so the fight takes place in Spain. For the sake of fairness, the fight will take place in Alicante Bullring. This means I would have to travel across the country.

2) The split of the purse and PPV revenue is 95% to me, 5% to you. This is non-negotiable as I am the star.

3) You will also have to tattoo the 'Team Elite' logo on your back. This is to generate advertising revenue.

4) The fight takes place at a catchweight of 151lbs

having a glass jaw is nothing to be ashamed of, some fighters go on to achieve great things despite having a disgracefull glass jaw such as tommy hearns, vlad, and khan, theres no shame belonging in this category whatsoever if bute goes on to achieve anything like these guys have.

if anything,its the defense of the boxers should be critisised.

or if they didnt train hard enough/do the right type of training/mistakes made in the fight.

But respect should be given to them stepping in the ring in the first place.

Of course, some boxers have a glass chin, but some of you guys are a bit too fast on the gun sometimes, calling each boxer who's knocked down a glass chin. That means that Bute has faced 22 glass chins, Pavlik has faced 26, and so on. The thing doesn't mean anything.
