Tyson and Bow nedd to be lower, Holyfield bumped up, Marciano anf Joe Frazier bumped up as well. Lewis higher and Louis was great but prime for prime he can't beat Ali or Tyson
They give Mike Tyson 5/10 for Heart which seems perhaps a bit mean to me. This content is protected but then again 5 equals average on their scale... 1- Non-Existent 2- Poor 3- Fair 4- Below Average 5 –Average 6- Above Average 7- Good/Solid 8- Very Good 9- Excellent 10-Superior/ the best or among the best.
Personally I put Langford and Willis over Johnson. However its hard to base anything from that era and I've never really liked when people put them top3 on lists as things were much different then. I'd also rank Holyfield better and Lewis worse. I dunno if I'd rate Foreman that well either. Overall decent rankings though.
any list with Joe Louis #1 is probably pritty acurate. Ali probably would beat him in the ring (styles make fights afterall) but he accomplished enough he deserves to be called the greatest heavyweight of all time.:deal

1. Ali 2. Louis 3. Lewis/Foreman 5. Marciano/Holmes 7. Liston 8. Tyson 9. Frazier 10. Patterson My list only goes back till Joe Louis days.
Marciano, forty nine and o . end of story. best conditioned , heart that would not stop. look at archie moore and marciano, walcott and marciano. he was the best. his feat will, in all probability not be duplicated in our life times.
Vitali an wlad got to be on the list, seeing vitali retire lewis, he vitali no question should be on the list.....
It's okay by me. Some changes I would make would be to chuck Jeffries and Johnson out of the top 10, and install Holyfield and Marciano in the top 10 somewhere. I'm not so concerned about order as much as who actually makes that hallowed top 10 list.
I just want to add that I had a glance at the rating for each guy and although it's very much a subjective thing, I find I don't agree with some things. For instance, I personally believe Walcott had better footwork than Ali. Riddick Bowe, George Foreman and Sonny Liston get an equal score (6) for handspeed. Sorry, but for my money Bowe is noticeably quicker than either. Bowe also only receives a 6 for heart. I think he's worthy of better in this category. There are a few more, but I'm not going to lose sleep over them. The problem is there is no one best method to rank fighters.
The list is okay. I wouldn´t put Bowe, Tunney and Corbett in it but Langford, Wills and Baer instead.
Tyson gets 9 for defence, perhaps a little high. I suppose he did have excellent movement early on though - particularly his bobbing and weaving.
