Wvlad is such a powerful heavyweight, that it would be great just to see him trying to knock out someone in the first round. It's like HE CAN DO IT, so why can't he?

At the same time. Klitschko isn't American. If Klistschko was American, he'd be huge. Especially considering that he's white. Americans loved Mayweather, but Mayweather was boring as hell....more boring than Klitschko ever was.

And everyone praises Hopkins..... Hopkins..... the spoiler, the one who doesn't want to fight at all.... just like Mayweather.

Wlad does what he does and gets the Job done, but his brother will alway be better and more exciting.

i've always appreciated wlad's skills. everyone has an achilles heel and he's done improvements to becoming less suscuptible in exposing his weaknesses. yea, he's not as exciting as vitali, but he's damn close and he does get the job done. i actually enjoy watching his fights more often now, it's the competition that sucks at the moment

Good point, I've seen Wlad with my own two eyes and he's boring and fights scared.

He does not because because at the top there are no guys that can be taken out in one-two rounds easily, and to try and fail at doing it...well, see Arreola-Walker.
He does it because a stay busy fight is better if it lasts more then two rounds.
He does it because at the top level anyone can catch you cold if you're not careful. Because there's no reason to needlessly lose a gimmy fight, there's already one that haunts his career.
He does it because if he winged only power punches he'd get criticized for not setting up his shots with a jab first.
    ...
    The list goes on.

coming from a guy sporting a Winky Wright avatar.

Winky is THE definition of boring and anwatchable imho. Followed closely by BHops. Followed closely by Ruiz. The competition is really too strong for Wlad, he can't even make the top-15.

I KNOW that. You don't have to tell why Wvlad boxes the way he does.

The average person watching a Klitschko fight doesn't think of those things though. THAT is why there is so much hate.

But also the other things I mention. Klitschko isn't American. Or British for that matter. Biasm goes a long way.

Wlad is a freaking beast! He is the man and those that don't want to accept that can line up and kiss his A$$. Nobody is beating Wladimir today, tomorrow or in the next five years. NOBODY. Rahman looked like an amateur and got knocked around the ring like he was made of rice paper. Just how strong is Wlad? I mean, Rahman was almost flying backwards every time Wlad hit him. He was getting launched by the freaking hooks like he weighed 150 and not 250. Shocking power is an understatement when describing just how explosive Wlads punches are.

Winky is exciting. Watch the Taylor fight, it was a classic. Watch him take the fight to bhop.

Winky stands in front of his opponents, trades punches, applies pressure. Some of his fights are boring in that they're so one-sided (Tito), but surely you can't call someone boring becasue he has a good defense.

Man, you expect someone to clap after seeing a 6'7" robot beat someone thats shot & never was good? Fans need to boo him more, even the commentators should boo him.
