LOL, they've all morphed into alts. Since when do you care if they are similar threads. I don't see u complaining about the floyd hating ones.
MAB was a great win for Manny. Morales past his prime because of all the wars he was in. I still say JMM has won 3/4 but yeah the fact they were so close that you really can argue for either winning says something about how good Manny is. Fighting Morales 2x more was nothing special. Morales was clearly past his prime already. Fighting Barrera again, nothing special. Mosley? Hatton? DLH? Nothing special. They were just names at that point. Arum knew what he was doing and Manny should be grateful.
No, I've been watching boxing since the late 80s. I've seen most of Manny's fights. I know when fighters are shot like Mosley was, DLH was, Morales 3 was. I just don't go ooh aah because someone can KO people.
you keep talking about mosley, dlh and how morales was shot. :verysad if you didn't follow his rise, you don't and will never understand the hype.
That is your opinion and you are allowed it. But here is MY opinion:- YDKSAB Sanchez?? you ****ing ******. Sanchez should of received a DQ MAB 3 years out of his prime LMAO you really are a comedian Morrales SHOT?? he was still fighting in 2012. Why not just come on here and say you hate Pacquiao, because non of your boxing related statements are true only hate based opinion. Pac destroyed Marg who yes was slower and lacking ring time, but Marg had weight, height and reach advantages. Pac fought Cotto his second fight at WW with a 2 lb catchweight Whoopee, and Cotto himself said he was fine at that weight. And who really cares about loses, obviously not the paying public because even before the JMM loss Pac still had huge numbers only bettered by Fraud Willnever. So loses mean **** get over it allready
So basically what you are saying is that Pac got a short ass prime. He went from losing to a over the hill Morales in 2005 to in prime all the way to 2009 and then out of prime in 2010-2013.:deal
He was beating Agapito's ass, who was successful because of dirty dirty tactics. He might have gotten the stoppage, that draw was a mockery of a scorecard. Manny is a great fighter - when little guys fight big guys they need to rely on sound technique to win ... usually. Manny is an amazing fighter. Can anyone honestly say Agapito deserved to win that? Manny was bringing the pain on him after all the fouls.
He didn't lost to an over the hill Morales. He lost to a prime Terrible. Terrible fell off of his prime after that fight (see Raheem fight where he could not even keep his balance). Terrible was just as great as Pacman, there is no denying this. That about sums up the golden era of 126/130lbers we just went through.
Well I was thinking more margo, clottey, tim bradley (he won that fight btw I dont care what any scorecard says), hatton, cotto, etc.. So anyways, what about Marquez and Mosley?
