    If you want to go all-time, Floyd Patterson is a top choice, but perhaps not #1.

    As for right now, probably Manny Pacquiao. I don't get how you can't like the guy. The most exciting fighter in boxing, the #1 fighter in boxing, and very charasmatic yet appears to be quite humble. He's definitely #1 on the global scale IMO.
